Abstract Submission Guidelines

4TH INTERNATIONAL ANATOLIAN MIDWIVES ASSOCIATION CONGRESS

Abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system.
Accepted abstracts will be printed as submitted; please ensure spelling and syntax are accurate.
Research involving human subjects strictly requires Ethics Committee Approval.
Case reports must explicitly mention signed Informed Consent.
Unexcused absence for oral or poster presentations will be recorded, disqualifying the author as lead presenter in the next congress.
At least one author must register by November 19, 2026 for abstract acceptance and publication in the proceeding book.

Do not include academic titles in author names.
Author names should be written with initial capital letters only.
Affiliations and institution details of all authors must be clearly specified.
Main text and title must not contain author names or institution details for blind review.
Abbreviation meanings must be spelled out in parentheses at first mention.
State objectives, methods, numeric findings, and conclusions clearly.
Abstracts must be structured with: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
The body of the abstract must not exceed 500 words (excluding title and author info).
Abstracts can be submitted for Poster or Oral presentation.
Abstract body must be text-based; MAXIMUM one table and one image allowed.

Evaluation is performed online via double-blind peer review with author names and institutions hidden.
Outcome notifications will be sent via email to all corresponding authors.

Posters will be presented in digital format.
