  • Early Registration Period: Discounted early registration fees are valid until November 17, 2026. Late registration rates will apply starting November 18, 2026.
  • Registration fees include access to scientific sessions, exhibition areas, lunches, coffee break refreshments, certificate of attendance, and printed congress materials.
  • A valid student ID card must be presented for student registrations.

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  • All reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
  • 50% of the package fee will be refunded for cancellations notified before November 19, 2026.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations notified on or after November 20, 2026.
